The Crown Agents for the Colonies present
their compliments to the Under Secretary of State and
request that the following alterations may be made in
one of the enclosures to their letter of the 19th. Nov.
D. Hong Kong Loan, entitled "Declaration under 'The
General Loan and Inscribed Stock Ordinance,191 that
Loans are convertible into Inscribed Stock" :--!

Line 18 after the words "such inscribed Stock" and
before the words "for the purpose etc." insert the words
"or Debentures" and in the second page of the same
enclosure, line. 11, insert the same words again between
the words "Inscribed Stook" and "for the purpose etc."
